Another treble over the Boomers last weekend finds the club with all 3 grades entrenched in the top 5. This is a terrific result as we head towards the half way mark of the season. Player of the day was definitely Crawf who attracted a lot of banter from the lounge chair brigade throughout the day. Rhys was one of many fine players for the day. Very pleasant day had by all at the Boyanup Rec Oval. A big thanks for the Boomers hospitality. The club wishes a speedy recovery to Chris Andrews on his upcoming surgery and rehab, Chris’s contribution to the team will be sorely missed. Congratulations to all who represented the South West last weekend.

Choose Respect

South Bunbury Football Club is setting a great example in promoting the Choose Respect message at every level. The football season kicked off last Saturday and these new warm-up tops combined with signage around the ground to help remind players, umpires, coaches and supporters of the importance of respect in sport. Such an important example to set for the juniors.
Thanks must go to our models Jack Deschamps, Matt Giacci, Craig Hutcheson and of course, Hon. John Castrilli MLA – our Patron.
